Coreopsis palmata (Prairie Coreopsis)
$15.00
Prairie Coreopsis matures to a height of just 2′. Its root systems are fibrous and long-rhizomatous. Its striking yellow flowers bloom for 3-4 weeks, usually in June and July. Dead-heading flowers can prolong bloom time. In addition to attracting many native pollinators, Beekeepers consider all Coreopsis species to be good honey sources.
